Yes. We advise on whether a free zone or mainland structure suits your activity, ownership and visa requirements, then manage the incorporation through to issued licence and establishment card. Where a step must be carried out by a provider holding a specific authority approval, we coordinate that provider as part of the engagement.
Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins, in UAE Dirhams. Government and authority charges are separate and are either paid by you directly to the authority or invoiced at cost against the official receipt. We do not mark up government fees and we do not accept cash.
No. We provide corporate administration, coordination and registration support. Legal advice, legal representation, audit and tax agency work are reserved activities carried out by licensed practitioners. Where your matter requires one, we say so and coordinate with an appropriate provider rather than acting outside our scope.
Timelines depend on the jurisdiction, the activity and how quickly documents are provided. A straightforward free zone entity is typically faster than a mainland licence requiring external approvals. We give a realistic range in the written proposal rather than a best case, and tell you promptly if an authority causes a delay.
Two things. Fees and government charges are separated and quoted in advance, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. And because we also run a technology practice, the same firm that licences your company can build and support the systems it runs on — rather than handing you to a third party.
Speak to us about your requirement. We will confirm what is needed, what the authority charges are and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.
