Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fee quotation setting out what we will do, what the government charges are, what we need from you and how long it should take. Work begins once that is accepted in writing.
Authority fees are shown separately from our professional fee. They are either paid by you directly to the authority or invoiced at cost against the official receipt. We do not mark up government charges.
Legal advice, legal representation, audit and tax agency work are reserved for licensed practitioners. Where your matter requires one, we say so at the outset and coordinate the appointment rather than acting outside our scope.
Authority processing times are outside anyone's control. We quote the realistic range rather than the best case, and tell you promptly when something is delayed and why.
